It takes a long time to get out of London these days. The boroughs have merged into the suburbs until the city has grown out of all proportion. When my parents moved to Bexley in 1967, it was classed as ‘A village in Kent’. Now it’s part of London.
Cheers, Pete.

Norwich is 20 miles east, but getting closer every day!
Ollie had a bad night on Christmas Eve, but the last two days he has been happy and eating well. I can now feel the slight bulge of the tumour under his chin, and he is losing weight.
It’s sad, but as long as he is happy and playful, that’s the main thing.
