The first line of Blake’s Auguries of Innocence; To see the world in a grain of sand, intrigued me and was an influence in writing my book. Tomorrow evening I am due to talk to the local WI so had a quick squint at Blake’s poem, Jerusalem.
Jam and Jerusalem tomorrow, and if I’m not mistaken, I think England’s gold winners at the Commonwealth Games have Jerusalem play while on the podium. Thanks for your comment.
